Founded and led an arts education nonprofit that expanded from one school to approximately 150 schools, reaching an estimated 60,000 children through curriculum development, partnerships, volunteer leadership, fundraising, and international programming.

Created Induz’s multicultural arts curriculum, introducing children to global cultures through visual art, music, movement, stories, and hands-on learning. The program was delivered through schools, libraries, community organizations, and YMCA after-school programs, where it received recognition as a Best After-School Program.
